Being a historical re-enactment group we naturally have an advantage over any
producer or researcher wishing to equip a selection of extras and make a film
or television programme. We have all the uniforms, weapons and equipment. We
know how to wear them (correctly!). We know how to carry ourselves in a
soldierly manner and we are very motivated because, after all, this is our
hobby.

Kompanie 1 is able to provide a service for any type of film work, action or
still and in any of the military portrayals as indicated by our units on this
site. We also have contact with third party organisations that can provide
military vehicles, fully licenced section 5 firearms dealers and vintage
aircraft.
Over the years, Kompanie 1 have been involved in a number of TV and video
projects. Some documentaries have been specifically been made about Kompanie 1
and our members, and whenever we put on a show, anywhere around the country, we
are undoubtedly the subject of the local TV stations as well as the local
press.

We are increasingly being asked to be involved in especially made documantaries
for TV which are shown around the world. If you have access to the History
Channel then you would have probably seen Kompanie 1 playing the parts in the
now popular 'docu-dramas'.
