Part 1: Uniform
A) HEADWEAR
Helmet
Stahlhelm
The M42 German helmet is to be worn. The helmet is painted in plain field grey and no decals may be worn on the helmet. The helmets must be worn with a splinter camouflage helmet cover to be accurate.

Only the M43 is worn in the 130. If you desire a camo cap, obtain a splinter camo cap.

B) FIELD GREY UNIFORM
Tunics
Rock
The assault gunner wrap is the main tunic worn in the 130, but in the hot summer the M40 HBT tunic may be worn. No Swedish conversions are allowed.

Trousers
Feldhosen
You may either wear the M43 trousers, or the army armoured crew trousers. No Swedish conversions are allowed. HBT trousers may be worn in the summer months.

Shirts
Hemd
Purpose-made repro shirts are available from all the main suppliers. West German pullover shirts are also suitable. Shoulder boards may be worn on shirts.

Both sides should be made of bottle green cloth with bright green piping (Paspielierung/Waffenfarbe).


C) CAMOUFLAGE AND WINTERWEAR
Camouflage Smocks
Tarnjacke
Only splinter camouflage smocks may be worn in the 130.

Mouse grey parkas or splinter parkas may be worn.

Greatcoat
Mantel
M40 field grey greatcoats. Shoulder boards and breast eagle must be worn on greatcoats. No collar patches are allowed on the greatcoat.

Zeltbahn
Any army camo zeltbahn is okay, like splinter or plain grey.


D) FOOTWEAR
Ankle Boots
Stiefel
Swedish ankle boots are ideal, but modern British DMS boots are ok when you start. We however prefer reproduction German ankle boots or the early Bundeswehr ankle boots. The best ones are obtained here: www.zeugmeisterei.com . Do not wear boots with stitched 'toecaps'. It is also perfectly acceptable to wear socks rolled over the tops of you ankle boots. These can either be standard German socks or 'civilian' type 'grey' socks.
